We meet at 8.00 pm on the 1st and 3rd Wednesday of every month at the Red Lion, Kirkgate, Otley
We raise between £10,000 and £25,000 each year for distribution to local, national and international charities.
We also provide assistance to individuals in need throughout our area.

1999 - 2000  Breast Cancer- supplied £17,000 of equipment to Chapel Allerton Hospital
2000 - 2001 Play equipment for Green Meadows school for disabled Children
2001 - 2002 Partial funding for replacement  Otley Community Bus
2002 - 2003 no specific project
2003 - 2004 Martin House Respite centre
2004 - 2005 Yorkshire Air Ambulance -
2005 - 2006  Otley Talking Newspaper and Hearing dogs for the deaf
2006 - 2007   Autism, Prostate Cancer and Multiple Sclerosis

Fund Raising activities

We run a monthly second hand book stall in the alleyway adjacent to the Red Lion on the last Friday and Saturday.
We also sell books on the Internet through Amazon and ebay  and also directly through this web site
We have a "pot smash" for local shows and carnivals. We also sell books, onion bargis and samosas.
We provide Santa for several local supermarkets and Garden centres and use our sleigh for street collections in December
We run a craft fair in November of each year
